The NB SLIDE TABLE is a precision table incorporating a slideway. They are used in automatic assembly machines for electronic components, optical measuring instruments, etc., taking advantage of their high precision and low friction.
Features
The NB SLIDE TABLE incorporates a slideway between the high-precision machined table and bed. A stopper is provided inside the table.

In order to fully demonstrate the performance of the slideway, the mounting surfaces of the table and bed are precision-finished to ensure high-precision linear motion.

The non-circulation method reduces frictional resistance and enables extremely stable operation from low to high speeds.

Type
NVT・NVTS
This slide table incorporates an NV type raceway. The table and bed are precision-machined for high accuracy, and can be used as-is without any troublesome precision or preload adjustments.
NYT・NYTS
Thin and compact slide table with stud roller system on an integrated raceway.Two types are available: a tapped type and a counterbore type (D type), which can be selected according to the conditions of use. All structural parts of the corrosion-resistant NYTS type except the R-retainer are made of stainless steel mesh.
SVT・SVTS
The SVTS type incorporates a SV type raceway between a precision ground table and bed, while the SVTS type incorporates a corrosion-resistant SVS type slideway on an aluminum table and bed.
SYT・SYTS
This is a thin and compact slide table using an integrated raceway. Two types of mounting are available: tapped type and counterbore type (D type), which can be selected according to the usage conditions. All components of the corrosion-resistant SYTS type are made of stainless steel.
