Features
The NB BALL SCREW SPLINE consists of a single shaft with ball screw and spline raceway grooves, a highly rigid and precise ball screw nut and a ball spline cylinder. The SPBF type consists of a rotary ball screw nut and ball spline outer sleeve.The NB Ball Screw Spline can perform "positioning" "linear motion" and "rotational motion" on a single axis. By combining these motions, it can be used for various machines such as spiral motion, SCARA type robots, assembly machines and loaders.

The preloads of the rotating and linear motion sections are properly adjusted. Please contact NB for preload changes.
Handling Precautions
Do not touch the spacing as it is properly adjusted. Do not pull out the rotary ball screw nut from the shaft because it does not hold a steel ball. Be sure to use return cap spacers to secure the pulleys, etc. that are attached to the main body of the ball screw nut.
Accuracy
The accuracy of NB ball screw splines is measured as follows
SPBR type operation pattern
The SPBR type is capable of linear, rotational, and spiral motion on a single axis.
SPBF type operation pattern
The SPBF type is capable of linear motion.
