ACTUATOR
BG TYPE
The U-shaped guide rail, with a slide block inside that functions as both a guide block and a ball screw nut, enables a significant reduction in space compared to conventional positioning tables.
Features
The BG type is a compact single-axis actuator integrating a slide guide and a precision ball screw. This enables a significant reduction in space compared to conventional positioning tables. The U-shaped guide rail has high rigidity against bending moments and deflection, and can be used in cantilevered structures or as a structural component of machines and equipment. In addition, the linear motion section has a four-row load-bearing structure that provides high load capacity, high accuracy, and high rigidity.
No adjustment required (built-in support unit)
The slide guide and ball screw are integrated into a single structure with a built-in support unit, eliminating the need for complicated precision adjustments. This eliminates the need for complicated precision adjustments and significantly reduces the assembly process.
Space saving (low cross-sectional structure)
A U-shaped guide rail is used, and a slide block that combines the functions of a guide block and a ball screw nut is placed inside the rail to enable a compact shape.
High precision (reliable accuracy, solid guarantee)
Repeated positioning accuracy of ±1㎛ is guaranteed for the BG series accuracy class (P class); only the BG series comes with an inspection certificate to confirm actual measured values.
High rigidity (Gothic arch shape)
The linear motion part has high rigidity with a 2-row or 4-row 4-point contact structure. The U-shaped guide rail has high rigidity against bending moments and deflection and can be used in cantilevered structures.
